Exhibition Stands are Space Only (3 metres x 3 Metres) and cost
£130.00 each, less £20.00 discount if paid by the early booking
date as per application form. (This cost includes one exhibitor entrance ticket.) (If posting close to this date please send special delivery to guarantee your discount) |
|
Tenure of Rented Spaces is from 10.00 hours on Saturday to 18.00 hours on Sunday. Saturday will be the 'Trade Set-up' day from 10.00 hours until 16.00 hours. |

Children under 16 will not be allowed in the exhibition halls on Saturday or between 7.00am & 8.00am on Sunday morning for build up and after 3.00pm on Sunday for breakdown. |

Exhibitors will receive One Exhibitor Entrance Ticket per 3x3 metre stand. One additional trade ticket available per exhibitor application @ £10.00. Additional Exhibitor Tickets can be purchased at £20.00 each with your application or £20.00 on the day. |

Tables (1.8 m x 0.75 m can be rented at £10.00 each, plus a returnable deposit of £50.00. |
